This is my second week in Montpellier and I'm really getting used to this way of living. I'm suprised how fast I'm adapting, but I like it this way. The weather is a real mood changer, I sometimes have the impression that it's almost summer. The people from my internship and my roommates are friendly and so helpfull. This is a big relief becaus it would have been a lot less fun with boring/unfriendly people. On my intership I have Marine and Laura, two other students who are doing an intership. My current roommates are Guillaume (23) and Meriem (29). They are both older than me, and thet last roommate (who arrives next week) is also 23: so I'm definatly the youngest.

Finally weekend! It was such a nice weather, perfect to stroll through the city and try some things. Saturday, we went to Jean Le Gourmand (you can find the adress on the right). They have all kind of pancakes and it's really cheap (€1-€5). I tried one with caramel and salty butter and it was delicious... Next time, I'm gonna try a 'crêpe salé'. This is a pancake but with tomato sauce, cheese, ham... instead of something with sugar. My colleagues from my internship really recommend it, so I'll try it next time!

We wanted to go back to the center of the city, but I had totally forgotten that the yellow coats were demonstrating again. I knew they had to stop around 5pm and it was already after 5pm at the time, so I knew it would be a good idea to leave. The moment I said we probably should leave, the police started firing tear gas and smoke bombs. There was so much noise and people started panicking. Luckily I knew another route that we could take to avoid the big crowd and the yellow coats. For dinner, I really wanted to try sushi (I never ate it before). I thought I'd like it (because I really love fish) but it was kind of a dissapointment. A few things were nice, but the ones with the seaweed around it were really bad (in my opinion). So it wasn't a big succes... But Meriem told my that the place we went to eat sushi isn't that good, so maybe I just need to try a better one!

Sunday was again a lazy sunday. Woke up late, got ready, skyped with my dad and my little cousin (btw he is two years old and so cute...). We made some delicious pasta pesto with sweet peppers for lunch. After lunch, we walked to the station by foot because it was still such a beautiful weather. And then it was time for him to go back to Belgium.
